Anita M Hall is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction, working as a freelance journalist while also writing novels, short stories and poetry.

 

After graduating with an honours degree in Law, she completed a post-graduate diploma in periodical journalism at City University, London, where she specialised in health.

 

She has contributed to a wide range of magazines and websites, and is a longstanding member of the Guild of Health Writers. She has also written a book for Cosmopolitan magazine.

 

Her journalistic skills additionally include editing, sub-editing and proofreading, and she was acting editor of the women's health title Total Fitness.

 

An award-winning fiction writer, Anita came first in the BBC’s Tales of the City of Brighton & Hove short story competition with her entry 'Holey Stones', which was subsequently broadcast on BBC radio, as well as published in two magazines.

 

Her work has also appeared in the women's literary title Mslexia, and she has written two novels: Little World and Zero.
